When they get wet, all dogs shake to dry off. Even a dog that has been towel-dried will shake afterward. If this is annoying to people enjoying the pool, have a swim and then attach the dog to a tie-out in the shade so it can shake all it wants and not disturb anyone. Put the dog in the house when sunshine nears the tie-out area.
